12th district lawmakers discuss rural water rights relief in the works on KOHO

Reps. Cary Condotta, R-Wenatchee, and Mike Steele, R-Chelan, talk about the potential fix in the works for rural landowners who are restricted from drilling wells as a result of the Hirst court decision — and how that could open up an opportunity to pass a capital budget.
