After House Democrats and Senate Republicans failed to reach an operating budget compromise, the Legislature heads into a second special session. 12th District Sen. Linda Evans Parlette and Reps. Cary Condotta and Brad Hawkins talk about the coming second special session and the difficulties of bringing everyone together, especially as the U.S. Open is scheduled near Tacoma, which is taking up most hotel rooms.
