Rep. Cary Condotta doubts Democrats will roll back property taxes despite surplus
Rep. Cary Condotta, R-Wenatchee, joins Rep. Mike Steele, R-Chelan, on KPQ and says he believes the majority party will not allow his property tax rollback plan to move forward because of their intent to introduce several new taxes despite surplus funds reported in yesterday’s revenue forecast. Steele singles out the carbon tax and says he will vote against the bill if it comes up for a vote in the House.
